The Web Guide aims to meet the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.0 (WCAG 2.0) web standard, which has been endorsed by the Australian Government. The Web Guide is currently compliant to Level AA of the WCAG 2.0 standard. It will be upgraded to Level AAA compliance over time.

The Web Guide has been designed to meet the Australian Government standard established in respect of this requirement. The majority of content on this site is text based. Images have alternative text and are often described further in surrounding information.
